Built on service, rooted in community, and committed to moving Haiti forward through reliable logistics.
Value Service International (VSI) began in 1998 as a university project created by Sony Raymond at the University of South Florida. The goal was simple: meet an unmet need for Haitian families by providing money transfer and food delivery support to loved ones in Haiti.
Over time, the needs of our community evolved, so we did too. VSI grew into a container shipping company focused on helping customers move goods safely and efficiently. Our reputation has been built on one promise: quality service at a value.
Today, VSI is based in Cap-Haïtien after relocating operations from Port-au-Prince. From our Cap-Haïtien hub, we coordinate delivery through trusted third-party drivers to reach cities across the country from Cap-Haïtien to Port-au-Prince.
We believe in Haiti. We believe that employment opportunities and strong local businesses are what move the country forward. That’s why we stay flexible as the market changes, without losing our commitment to service, integrity, and community impact. Which is why we are willing to evolve and pivot as needed, while remaining firmly committed to Haiti and its future.
We communicate clearly, treat every shipment with care, and aim to deliver the experience we’d want for our own families.
Our goal is to provide dependable shipping and logistics without unnecessary costs.
We believe long-term progress comes from jobs and opportunity. We build partnerships that support local work and reliable delivery.
